Seamless US Transfer for Global Talents
The USA Intra Company Transfers—L1 visa allows non-immigrant businesses to send their top overseas talents to a US branch as employees or to build a US company if they have not established one. This visa is one of the routes to permanent US residency, as ‘dual intent’ may apply. This means the nominated applicant, whether an executive, manager, or skilled worker, may apply for an L-1 visa and employment-based green card at the same time. With a strong economy, flourishing business ecosystem, and a reputation on a global scale, moving to America is the most lucrative step you can make for your business.
If you plan to enter the US market, our immigration specialists at Legend Consults can help you speed up the process and increase your chances of visa approval. With our global connections, we can help you seamlessly move or set up a new US business and offer continued support. Consult with one of our visa advisors today!
L1 Visa Options
There are two types of US intra-company transfer visas:
01
L-1A Visa for Executive Managers
This option is for multinational companies that wish to transfer their executives or managers to a US office for intra-company collaboration. The applicant must maintain a qualified relationship with the company brand and the US office. After a defined time, L-1A visa holders can pursue permanent residency with their spouses and children.
02
L-1B Visa for Specialised Knowledge Workers
The visa is for the most talented resources within multinational companies that must temporarily come to the US office. The employee should showcase exceptional expertise in the relevant field that will contribute to the company's success. Like an L-1A visa, the applicant has to stay for a given period and may pursue permanent residency afterwards.
